Sagematch
Caveat Theater, New York, NY
Hosted by Caveat Theater
Come watch the funniest comedians and finest scientists in NYC go head-to-head-to-head-to-head the Caveat way: by creating presentations from audience suggestions and delivering them live on the spot. SageMatch is a slideshow comedy gauntlet hosted by Ben Taylor (Nerd Nite NYC) that challenges the city’s funniest comedians and finest scientists to create and deliver a slide deck on the spot based on topics given by the audience. There are Wheels of Fate, Buckets of Truth, tag teams, trash talking, and nonstop opportunities for you, the audience, to throw your worst at Caveat’s best. Think WWE meets American Gladiator meets Taskmaster. It’s Caveat’s first experimental cage-match-style information-communication competition, and you absolutely do not want to miss it.
